These terms apply when you use citysuppsau.com (the "website") or place an order with CitySupps ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.
All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes. They are not therapeutic goods, medicines, supplements, foods or cosmetics, and are not for human or animal use. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 years or older, that you are purchasing for lawful research purposes, and that you are responsible for handling, storing and using products in line with all laws that apply to you. We may refuse or cancel any order if we reasonably believe these conditions are not met.
We take care to describe products accurately, including purity information and Certificates of Analysis where published. Product images are illustrative, and research summaries on the website are general information only and are not advice of any kind.
All prices are in Australian dollars. Multi-vial pack prices apply automatically in your cart. If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before your order is processed and you may cancel for a full refund of anything you have paid.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we dispatch it. After you place an order, we email you a confirmation and payment instructions. Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared. Orders that remain unpaid for 7 days may be cancelled.
One discount code can be used per order. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and may have conditions such as a minimum order value, single use or an expiry date, which are shown when the code is issued.
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, and except for those guarantees, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or our products. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or copy its content, images or branding without our written permission. We may update the website, products and prices at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.
