CitySupps ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your choices. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Order details: your name, email address, phone number (optional), delivery address and the products you order.
Email sign-ups: your email address, the date you signed up and the wording you agreed to.
Messages: anything you send us by email.
Website usage: anonymous, aggregated statistics about page visits. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other websites.

We do not collect or store card details. Payments are handled by the payment provider or bank you use.

How we use it

To process, deliver and support your orders, including order, payment and dispatch emails.
To send marketing emails, only if you have signed up to receive them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we act on unsubscribe requests within 5 working days.
To run, secure and improve our website.
To meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the store, and only as needed:

Australia Post, to deliver your order.
Cloudflare, which hosts our website and stores order data.
Resend, which delivers our emails.
The payment provider used to process your payment.

Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States and Asia. We choose reputable providers with strong security practices. We never sell your personal information.

Cookies and local storage

Our website stores small items in your browser so it works properly, such as your cart contents and whether you've closed our sign-up pop-up. Our admin area uses a secure login cookie. We don't use advertising cookies.

Security and retention

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your information. We keep order records for as long as needed for orders, support and our legal and tax obligations, then delete or de-identify them.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or to be removed from our email list, by emailing citysuppsau@gmail.com. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
