Orders are dispatched the same business day once payment has cleared. Orders paid outside business days (weekends and public holidays) are dispatched the next business day.

Estimated delivery after dispatch. Express: 1–3 business days for most of NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and the ACT; 3–5 business days for WA, TAS, the NT and regional areas. Standard: 3–7 business days for most of Australia, longer for WA, TAS, the NT and regional areas. These are Australia Post estimates and can vary with carrier delays, public holidays and other events outside our control.
We email you as soon as your order is dispatched. If a tracking number is available for your parcel, it's included in that email.
All orders are sent in plain, discreet, sealed packaging.
Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, we'll contact you to arrange re-sending, and the cost of re-sending is payable by you.
If your parcel seems lost or is significantly delayed, email citysuppsau@gmail.com with your order number and we'll work with Australia Post to resolve it. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
