Where We Ship CitySupps currently ships within Australia. International shipping is not available.
Processing Times Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days (NSW, VIC, SA,
- Express shipping 3-5 business days (WA)
Please note that these are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs Free shipping is available on orders over $209.99 AUD. Shipping costs for orders below this threshold will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking Australia Post does not include a tracking number with express domestic shipping, although your order will be given an estimated time of delivery.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at citysuppsau@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
