Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Due to the nature of our products (peptides and supplements), we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at citysuppsau@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will assess your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
